Regional conference "Sailing in the North West for leisure and business"

4 Dec 2010 in the framework of "Baltic marine festival" will be held the conference "Sailing in the North West for leisure and business."

The main purpose of the conference is to analyze the development of yachting on the present moment and to develop proposals for development for public authorities at all levels, ship owners and crews of small boats and businesses.

The conference provides an opportunity for direct communication to all representatives of government, business and the public, carrying out activities in the field of yachting in St. Petersburg and Leningrad region.

The conference will include government representatives who work with small courts (Federal security service, Federal customs service, Ministry of transport, emergency, specialized structures of government of Petersburg and Leningrad region, heads of administrations of municipalities of Primorsko).

Skippers and owners of small vessels will be able to discuss current procedures and to obtain information on how to obtain qualification documents GIMS and the Ministry of transport for the management of marine sailing and motor vessels for customs clearance purchased abroad a small ship and marine equipment, the work of border crossing points for small boats.

Based on the analysis of activities in the field of yachting in 2010 and will formulate recommendations for the authorities and business on improvement work from small boats in 2011.

To participate in the conference are invited: sailors (captains, owners of small vessels and managers of marine NGOs), business representatives (managers of yacht clubs and places based on small boats, sailing schools, Charter companies and travel agencies, the PCT and other organisations operating in the field of yachting).
